Works with Terms of Service
The full contract-including warranties, liability, and disputes-is in our Terms of Service. These pages work together.
Play fair
Use wheels, mystery boxes, and random tools lawfully: no cheating giveaways, harassment, or content that violates someone else's rights.
Respect people
Keep the community welcoming. Threats, hate, scams, and spam have no place here.

These Terms of Use explain, in straightforward language, how we expect you to behave when you use SpinWheelPlus. They do not replace our Terms of Service, which is the main legal agreement between you and us. If anything on this page disagrees with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
In the Terms of Service you will find the full rules on eligibility, intellectual property, fees, termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution. Keep both documents in mind when you use the Services.
We want SpinWheelPlus to be useful for classrooms, creators, streamers, and teams running fair random draws. Use the website and web application in good faith: follow applicable law, respect other people, and don't try to break, overload, or misuse our infrastructure.
Features may change. If we offer preview or beta tools, they may be less stable-use them with that in mind. When in doubt, check the Disclaimer for how we talk about availability and accuracy.
When you publish or share a wheel, mystery box, template, embed, or link, you are responsible for how it is used in context-classroom games, live streams, giveaways, or internal meetings. Design your rules so that outcomes are fair and legal where you operate (for example: eligibility, prize rules, official rules for promotions, and disclosure requirements).
Randomization in spin wheels, mystery boxes, and random tools (such as coin flips, dice, or yes/no pickers) is meant to be unpredictable for fair play or entertainment. Do not tamper with or misrepresent results to deceive participants. If you embed or link our tools on another site, you must still follow these expectations and the Terms of Service.
If you create an account, use accurate information and protect your password. You may sign in with email and password or, where offered, with Google-choose the method that matches how you manage your identity. Don't impersonate another person or organization, and don't create multiple accounts to evade enforcement or limits unless we explicitly allow it for a legitimate purpose (for example, separate workspace and personal accounts where the product supports it).
You are responsible for activity on your account unless someone else accessed it because we failed to maintain basic security-see the Privacy Policy for how we handle account data.
You may not use SpinWheelPlus to do things such as:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or bully anyone; promote violence, hatred, or illegal discrimination.
- Post or distribute malware, phishing, or misleading schemes intended to steal data or money.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Upload sexually exploitative content involving minors, or any content illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Spam users, scrape private data, or send unsolicited bulk messages through our tools or contact features.
A fuller list of prohibited behavior appears in the Terms of Service. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or involve law enforcement when appropriate.
Don't probe, scan, or attack our systems; don't attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits; and don't use bots or scripts in a way that harms performance or other users. Reasonable indexing by public search engines is different from aggressive scraping or credential stuffing-those are not allowed.
If you discover a security vulnerability, tell us through a responsible channel (our contact page) instead of exploiting it.
Only upload or configure content you have the right to use-images, segment labels, sounds, and text should respect creators and licensors. If you believe someone on SpinWheelPlus is infringing your rights, contact us with enough detail for us to locate the material and review your concern.
The name SpinWheelPlus, logo, and site design are our trademarks and creative work. Don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership with us unless we agree in writing. Detailed IP terms are in the Terms of Service.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy. Marketing email, where we send it, will include a way to opt out when required by law.
We may revise this page so that it stays accurate as the product evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date in the hero above. Material changes to the relationship between this page and the Terms of Service may also be reflected in that agreement from time to time-please review both periodically.
If you are unsure whether a planned use of SpinWheelPlus fits these expectations, or you need to report abuse, reach us via the contact page. For privacy-specific requests, mention that in your message so we can route it appropriately under our Privacy Policy.
