Why does one spin fill only one slot?

A random nba player wheel on this page puts one NBA player into the one open fantasy start. One spin does not fill five positions, does not land a franchise, and does not set a run of picks. A second empty slot waits for a later pass, after this start is already set.

Is the spin fair for this start pool?

Spin one fantasy start, not a lineup

Lock the open slot before any name can win it: PG, SG, SF, PF, C, or UTIL. Delete every player who cannot fill that slot. A center cannot take a point-guard start. When you want a different gaming wheel, open More Gaming & Randomizer wheels.

Drop every OUT name, and any GTD you will not risk. Spin once. The landed name is the start. If a late scratch hits the landed player, remove that player and spin the same slot again. Do not open a second position on this pass.

Tips

Say the slot out loud before you delete. A center left on a guard pass will win a start you cannot use.
If you are unsure about a GTD, take the name off. This wheel does not read an injury report.
The default list has 14 NBA names. After the slot cut, fewer names should remain. That shorter list is the pool.
Do not put a franchise on a slice. Every label here is a player you could actually start.
