Review policyThis team building wheel picks the next office activity. Six people are already in a circle at the whiteboard before stand-up. Open it on the laptop, click Spin, and you have a pick in under a minute. Then run that 10-minute warm-up. Not a name list. No app.

How this team building wheel picks your next office activity
You are choosing what the group does, not who sits on which team. Edit the list so only short office activities stay on the slices. Spin so the circle can see it. Run that warm-up. Then start stand-up or sprint planning. Some people call this a team spinner. Keep the labels as activities.
Each spin uses crypto.getRandomValues in your browser. Every activity still on the wheel has an equal chance.
Turn on Remove Winner so Monday's paper tower does not land again on Tuesday. This list is for a conference room, not a retreat. If the room still needs teams after the warm-up, split names into teams. That page splits the roster. This one picks the activity.
How to pick the next office warm-up
Edit the activity list on the laptop. Keep about 6-10 short warm-ups this conference room can actually run. Delete anything that needs a booking or a full afternoon.
Put the laptop on the table, or open fullscreen on the projector. The circle at the whiteboard should see the same wheel.
Click Spin. Wait until it stops. The result is the next office activity.
Run that activity. About 10 minutes. Then start stand-up or sprint planning.
Turn on Remove Winner. That warm-up leaves the wheel so it cannot repeat this cycle. Copy the wheel if a co-host needs the same list next Monday.
Do not paste the roster onto this wheel. After you know the activity, you can split names on a visible wheel if the room still needs teams.

When to use this wheel
Warm-up before daily stand-up
Six people are already in the conference room. You spin once on the laptop, run a 10-minute activity, then start stand-up.
Sprint-planning kickoff at the whiteboard
The group is standing in a circle. You need one short activity so planning does not start cold. The wheel picks it so you are not choosing by taste.
Short in-room huddle
You have ten minutes and a projector. Screen-share works if one person is on the call. Stay on activities. Do not paste names onto this wheel.
Tips for a better warm-up
Keep 6-10 short labels. Long retreat names are hard to read from the circle.
Drop half-day outings. Edit out anything that needs a venue, a caterer, or a full afternoon.
Use Remove Winner. This stops the same warm-up from looping every Monday.
Keep the wheel visible. Use the laptop on the table or the projector. Do not hide the spin on a private phone.
Share the same link. A co-host should see the same activity list.
Stay on activities. Do not add employee names or Team A / Team B slices.
